For updates on your order, log in to your customer account by clicking on the user icon in the upper right-hand corner of the website. If you have no customer account, contact us with your order number or the name of whomever placed the order. We will get back to you within 1–2 business day to help!
Alternatively, you can check the status of your order with our Alexa skill.
